Since childhood, I have struggled with seasonal mood swings, weather illnesses, and PMS. Since I started practicing yoga, I have noticed that these symptoms have been reduced.
In this lesson, we will use the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda to teach poses that will help you sleep deeply and comfortably, which tends to be light during hot weather. The poses are all poses that can be done directly on a futon, so you can take a rest after finishing.
